A: No. A deposit is not required to reserve our gaming trailer. Simply book your event, and we'll work with you to ensure everything is set for an unforgettable gaming experience.

A: We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund. If we are unable to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather or unforeseen events, we will work with you to reschedule your booking or provide a refund when appropriate. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation.

A: Our gaming trailer is based in Biloxi, Mississippi, and proudly serves Biloxi and the surrounding Gulf Coast communities, including Gulfport, D'Iberville, Ocean Springs, Long Beach, Pass Christian, Bay St. Louis, and other nearby areas. Travel outside our standard service area may be available for an additional fee. Contact us with your event location, and we'll be happy to let you know if we can bring the gaming experience to you.
